CampCalNOW is dedicated to providing RV parks and campgrounds the resources they need to be protected and profitable as they provide a positive experience for the camping consumer. Although CampCalNOW membership does not include legal representation, membership does include legal consultation. CampCalNOW has partnered with RV Park Occupancy specialized attorneys to develop a program to aid members in legal situations.
The Legal Hotline Program provides CampCalNOW member parks with FREE 15-minute, single-subject consultations with an attorney experienced in California RV Park Occupancy Laws. An attorney is selected to respond to a member request on a rotating basis, urgent response request, or regionally-specific issues. The program is included with the annual CampCalNOW membership, and can be used multiple times throughout the year. Legal consultation may include RV Park Occupancy Law, Special Occupancy Park Act Title 25 Regulations, Health & Safety Codes, and more.

How the program works:

- If you find yourself in a legal situation in your park and are unsure how to legally move forward.
How the program works:
- Fill out a Legal Hotline Request Form either by phone with CampCalNOW Staff, or download and submit form via fax or email.
- CampCalNOW office will forward each member request to one of the attorneys
- This request form will provide one free, 15-minute consultation on a single-subject issue.
- We will request that you be contacted by an attorney within 48 hours from the time the request is made.
- CampCalNOW will provide a follow-up call to be sure you were contacted, and the issue has been resolved.
CampCalNOW provides access to legal consultation through partnering attorneys. Although some situations can be resolved through a single consultation, CampCalNOW and the partnering attorneys recognize that in some scenarios a result cannot be concluded through one interaction and obtaining legal representation may ultimately be the resolution.
